✨ Mel is coming to the South West this August – and she'd love to skate with you! ✨

We're excited to welcome Mel, an experienced roller skate coach who has helped thousands of skaters discover more confidence, joy, and connection through skating since 2015.

In 2024, Mel opened The Skate Sanctuary creating a permanent home and supportive community space where skaters can learn, grow, and feel truly welcome.

As a self-confessed recovering awkward person, Mel understands the fears and frustrations that can hold adult skaters back. Her coaching approach combines solid technical foundations with a deep understanding of movement, helping skaters make meaningful progress while actually enjoying the process.

Whether you're looking to build confidence, unlock new skills, or simply feel more comfortable on skates, Mel's focus is always the same: feel good, have fun, and skate with confidence wherever you go.
