After a couple of weeks of testing this beaut out on you guys, the new Karaage Chicken Burger is officially ready to go live. Your feedback during the trials was unreal—this exact ticket was for FIVE of them on a single order! 🤯🍔

We do things properly here: skin-on chicken thigh, marinated overnight in soy and ginger, fried until intensely crispy, then coated in a sticky teriyaki glaze. Finished with crushed sesame seeds and served in a soft brioche bun with a Japanese-style mayo.

We’ve been working closely with our butcher to nail our own custom Merguez sausage recipe. Originating in North Africa it’s packed with warming harissa, toasted spices, and plenty of garlic.
