M & R Marquees

With D-Day looming on the 6th June, it is a time to reflect our history and times gone by, we have for many years supported our local service personell with Danny Greeno & The Veterans Charity and have supplied many marquees for them, mainly here in North Devon but at times we have gone beyond this for them, including Salisbury and then Ramville in France to raise vital funds to support our service men and women whether serving or retired who face hardship or are struggling at times. we can reflect on our own lives and look back at what we have done or should have done, but you can't change history only to learn from it. If everyone of us could spare a little time to help some, just for a coffee or to sit and chat with someone who needs it, this world would be a better place to live.

It's coming to that time of year, we have been a little quiet on the socials lately. So here's one of the 1st marquees of the year.

We finished putting the marquee up today complete with canvas, we have installed the flooring this afternoon, and heading back tomorrow to install the linings.
