Quality starts the moment we touch the drawing. ✍️

We begin with a First Article Inspection to make sure every detail is exactly right. As the parts take shape on our machines, we keep a close eye on them using our 2-tray system, so anything out of spec is caught straight away.

Once machining is done, the components are washed to remove swarf and oil, then go through a final inspection before leaving our workshop.

And because it’s all under our ISO 9001 quality management system, you can trust your parts will perform reliably and last the distance.

The fun doesn't stop around here - we've had 𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 exciting delivery! 🙌

We recently welcomed the Citizen Machinery UK A20 LFV machine to our shop floor, and to say we're looking forward to getting it up and running is an understatement!

This machine will further strengthen our sliding head machining capabilities, giving us greater efficiency and the ability to handle even more complex, high-precision components.

A big thank you to everyone involved in getting the machine delivered and installed!

One of the machines helping to keep parts moving and production back on track is our Citizen Machinery UK Miyano BNA-42DHY CNC Fixed Head - a serious bit of kit built for high-efficiency precision work.

With twin spindles, twin turrets and live tooling, it’s designed to take a part from bar to finished component in just a 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙚 cycle.

A bucket load of turned parts, and there's still more to come! 🙌

Next stop: our quality department, where the batch will be checked and signed off for delivery. And knowing our team, they’ll pass with flying colours - exactly what you’d expect from a company specialising in precision turned parts for OEMs.

After a great visit to MACH Exhibition, we’ve placed an order for a new A320-VII LFV from Citizen Machinery UK!

It’s a solid addition to the shop and a perfect fit alongside our existing Cincom and Miyano machines, giving us even more flexibility when it comes to the kind of work we can take on.

As things keep getting busier, investing in the right kit just makes sense. More capacity, more consistency and keeping lead times where they should be. 🤝

An exciting delivery has landed here at Sheldon. 👀

Last week, we welcomed a Citizen Machinery UK L12 VII LFV to our growing machinery lineup - a strong addition that boosts both our capability and capacity.

Designed for efficient, high-precision production, the machine is fully equipped with a swarf conveyor, high-pressure coolant and LFV chip-breaking technology, alongside spindle speeds of up to 15,000rpm!

Another step forward in strengthening what we can offer our customers. 🤝

Our CAD/CAM systems can handle almost any file you send, from simple 2D drawings like DXF or DWG to complex 3D models in STEP, IGES or Parasolid. 💻

That means whether your design comes from AutoCAD, SolidWorks or another system, we can open it, check it and prepare it for machining - making sure every dimension, angle and surface finish matches your design exactly.
