Here is my latest transformation!!
A complete garage renovation.
A virtually derelict, leaking, damp and rotting detached garage into a brand new crisp storage/garden room.
New roof fabricated and finished with a three layered torch on felt system.
Fully rewired with a dedicated power supply, comprising 7 double sockets and 4 large down lights, separated into two zones.
A new upvc window installed into the rear wall and the old wooden door and window replaced with matching upvc units.
Damp course repointed externally all round and the interior walls tanked up the walls by 300mm.
A new ceiling fabricated along with stud walls to create a insulation space. Fully insulated and boarded on all the walls and ceiling.
Fully plastered and decorated in white.
Vinyl click flooring installed and a small step fabricated.
Flooring finished with 120mm skirting painted in white satinwood.

My Latest Transformation....
A very tired bathroom fully removed along with the demolition of the airing cupboard.
Full length furniture installed along one wall with Everything installed in new positions and large offset quadrant walk in shower instead of the bath. New ceiling and LED down lights, vinyl click flooring and a new heated towel rail. All fully tiled with 600 x 200 ceramic tiles installed including decorative finish on one shower wall and above the sanitary ware.

Ikea Kitchen completed in Basildon.
This kitchen was formerly the lounge, so the house has completely been swapped around. The Lounge has become the kitchen/diner and the kitchen/diner has become the lounge!!
A Window has been established in the side elevation of the house where the sink has bern installed, to enable more natural light in the kitchen area of the room.
Completely rewired for oven, sockets and lighting.
New LED downlights installed.
New pipework for hot, cold and waste pipes installed.
Grey slab kitchen with integrated white appliances installed, complete with corresponding cornice, pelmets and plinths. Topped off with black stone effect worktops, with a matching window sill.
Two ovens, a 5 burner hob and a 1.5 bowl sink and tap installed.
Bespoke hand decorated glass splashback installed behind the hob.
Kitchen working area tiled with black and cream metro tiles.
Grey high gloss splash proof laminate flooring laid throughout the room and into both the new hallway areas.
The whole room has been fully redecorated too.

En-suite Bathroom completed in Stock.
Complete removal and redesign.
Shower glass inset into the floor, walls and ceiling to remove the need for a visible chrome trim. Floor reinforced and under floor heating installed.
Recesses created in the shower and bath areas, both illuminated with LED lighting.
Basin mirror inset into the wall to create a flush finish.
Fully tiled with Porcelenosa tiles, 300mm x 900mm on the walls and 600mm x 600mm on the floor. All finished with a light grey grout with matching silicon.
Wall hung basin and oval bath installed with LED mood lighting lit from underneath.
All mood lighting and recess lighting are activated by a movement sensor with an override if preferred whilst bathing.

Complete kitchen refurbishment in Walthamstow, East London.
White Slab kitchen supplied by Wickes. With black granite effect laminate worktops.
Fully rewired and plastered.
All the plumbing remove and replaced with new.
Integrated washing machine and fridge freezer. Eye level oven and microwave.
Induction hob and extractor.
Black slate effect 1 1/2 bowl sink.
New downlights, under cabinet lighting and plinth lighting installed along with a three gang grid switch for independent operation.
Walls tiled with 300 x 100 flat black gloss and flat white gloss tiles.
Floor tiled with 300 x 300 black sparkle tiles.
