in the lab for a 360 degree lactate profile & re-test.
It has been great to open the lab and get the first few athletes in. Jack is a talented road racer with plenty of depth to his fitness. It was immediately apparent that his aerobic capabilities was a serious standout strength and we were able to pinpoint with accuracy the areas of his physiology that needed to be worked on over the winter. Which when using a traditional % of ftp zone system would not have been possible.
We look forward to adopting a specific and individualised plan with Jack this winter before a re-rest during his pre season to quantify his improvements.
