β¨ Happy Monday, lovely ones. β¨
I hope you've all had a beautiful weekend. I had such a wonderful time reconnecting with nature at Kew Gardens, and this little hidden garden was one of my favourite peaceful spaces. It felt like the perfect reminder to slow down, pause and simply be.
π§ββοΈ In yoga this week, we're exploring Pause to Prepare, creating space to slow down, become deeply devoted to ourselves, and listen to what our body and mind truly need. It feels perfectly aligned with this warm weather, inviting a gentler, more reflective practice. Thankfully, Preston Candover Village Hall is always beautifully cool, even in the hottest weather, so we'll all be able to move, breathe and relax in complete comfort.

π Soul Shine Retreat β Saturday
Charlotte and I can't wait to welcome everyone this Saturday, and we have just two spaces remaining.
For everyone's comfort and safety, we've made the difficult decision to move the retreat to Preston Candover Village Hall. With temperatures forecast to reach 31Β°C and very little breeze, we know everyone will enjoy the afternoon much more in a cool space.
The programme remains exactly the same: gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, deep relaxation and a beautiful sound bath with Charlotte.
We're genuinely sad not to be at Jolly Moon Forest Garden. Holly has created the most magical sanctuary, and we'll absolutely be back there for future retreats when the weather is kinder.
