Mamod TE1A traction engine log trailers 1/20th scale.
3d printed log trailer that I have designed and printed myself. It is made with both filament and resin printing processes and is designed to be paired with the Mamod and Wilesco steam traction engine range.

COMPONENT DETAIL

Black PLA filament trailer chassis with rear tow hitch hoop with M4 brass inserts to screw log upright supports.

Pivot steering pin and tow hitch pins made from High strength black resin.

Towing hitch and pivot yoke made from Black PLA filament.

Wheels Grey ABS like resin (ready to paint).

Tyres Black rubber.

Axles 3/16” (4.75mm) metal rod with wheel hub caps.

Log support uprights 4mm diameter threaded studs with fl**ge nuts.

Following on with the space theme, Eagle One from the si-fi series Space 1999.
Great detail on the SLA printer, client is very pleased with the results.

For those of us who were kids in the 70’s & 80’s, Super cool Viper mk1 from the original Battlestar Galactica.
Printed in various colours, so no painting required.

Another new part for the ongoing spares list for the Snap-on 130 turbo mig welder.

This part is a mounting bracket for the coil pack sensor and is un-obtainable as most of the spare parts for this welder have be discontinued.

Russian IIyushin II-96 static model repair

This model is of a Russian airliner IIyushin II-96 (44” wingspan) roughly 1/56th scale was probably built backing the mid 90’s for a travel agents/ reception foyer.

I was asked to reproduce the missing horizontal tail stabilzer and winglets.
But thought I would add a little detail to the jet engines with some turbo-fans.

Think these came out great considering there only 29mm diameter.

The model is off for a clean up and respectful paint touch up, so will update the pictures in the new future with the finished job.

Yamaha Tenere 700 motorcycle Anti-vibration bracket for speedo clocks.

This bracket helps brace the speedo clock from heavy vibration when traveling off road/rough terrain.

Made from Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) which is a thermoplastic that you can 3D print and has many properties that make it good for engineering and outdoor purposes.

Diorama models seem to be getting very popular with hobbyist/scene creators.
We do quite a lot of this stuff, but this one’s a first.

A request from a client 1/10 scale model industrial air compressor unit for a garage diorama.

We remodelled the design from pictures from the manufactures brochure.

The client is in the process of getting this model professionally painted, should look great, can’t wait to see it finished👍
