☀️🌸 May Highlights 🌸☀️

We’ve had a wonderful month filled with fun, friendship and plenty of sunshine!

Our residents thoroughly enjoyed taking part in Memory Choir with Kim, singing along to favourite songs and sharing special memories. 🎶

We also welcomed a new singer, Joel Phelps, who was incredible and we can’t wait to have him back again. 🎤😊

We also had a lovely trip to the White Hart, where everyone enjoyed good company and a change of scenery. 😊

The beautiful weather has meant we could make the most of our gorgeous garden, spending time outdoors, relaxing, chatting and enjoying the sunshine. We feel very lucky to have such a lovely space to enjoy together. 🌿☀️

As Dementia Action Week comes to a close, we want to thank everyone who has engaged with our posts, shared experiences, and helped raise awareness💙

This week has been an opportunity to highlight the importance of understanding, compassion, and person-centred support for those living with dementia.

Across Hartford Care, we remain committed to creating safe, supportive environments where residents are treated with dignity, encouraged to maintain their independence, and supported to continue enjoying the moments that matter most to them.

Although Dementia Action Week may be ending, raising awareness and supporting those affected by dementia is something that continues every day.🧠
