Our Digital Team are going AI-free on Fridays!

They are choosing to sharpen the skills that make us human: intuition, messy creativity, and authentic connection. Just because AI can, doesn’t mean we should.

📄 Method: No prompts. No shortcuts. Just human skills.
💪 Challenge: Avoiding AI isn’t the hard part - the challenge is noticing why we reach for it. This Friday, if you find yourself opening a prompt, stop and ask: "Am I using this to enhance my work, or just because it feels easier?”

Practice being intentional by asking questions like:

🤖 Does this task actually require an algorithm, or does it need your unique perspective, skills, and knowledge?
🤖 Is an AI-drafted email saving you time, or is it avoiding a real conversation?
🤖 Could a "perfectly" generated outline be blocking a better, unpolished human brainstorm?
