A massive well done to who once again brought his marathon pb down to a storming 2:46 this morning.

It’s an absolute pleasure coaching Dave. His dedication and commitment is outstanding, and his time is testament to all his hard work. Well done Dave!

A slightly belated post, but a massive well done to and .warrington.169 on completing the on Sunday.

I only started working with them both back in the spring, and in that time both have seen huge improvements.

Roll on 2026 and a crack at next years

Is it beginning to feel real?

It was calm on the streets of London this morning before the masses take to the streets on Sunday.
