Another fantastic day of learning and growth with our FutureCare programme in East Belfast!

Oberon Training and Development were delighted to be partnering with Belfast Met at Girdwood Community Hub presenting at the Assured Skills Healthcare Academy to such an engaged group of learners.

It’s always inspiring to connect with individuals taking the next steps towards a career in health and social care. We are looking forward to continuing the journey together when we meet again next week.

We were pleased to welcome colleagues from the Department for the Economy to an information night on our Level 2 Apprenticeship Programme in Health and Social Care, starting February 2026.

We’re proud to support skills development and create new opportunities for future talent. It was great to hear from some of the learners who had completed our FutureCare programme and are about to commence their apprenticeship, having secured employment.
