OUR JOURNEY 🤍

Our hair supply business has been a long held vision. One that began to take shape in October 2019 when we committed to turning our idea into reality. Just five months later, the world changed. The impact of covid brought rising shipping costs, widespread uncertainty, and forced us to pause our plans.

As we navigated those years and rebuilt, we were fortunate to experience growth within our salon. So much so that we outgrew our original space and had to relocate. While exciting, this milestone meant putting our hair supply ambitions on hold once again.

In 2024, we made the decision to revisit our goal with renewed focus. We attended Salon International in London, where we connected with a range of factories, sourced samples, and began laying the groundwork. This marked the beginning of an extensive trial phase.

We tested multiple samples across our team and clients, gaining invaluable insight into quality, durability, and performance. While some options initially appeared promising, they ultimately fell short of our standards. hair LOOKED unbelievable as you can see, but it was extremely tatty and difficult to brush. It still lasted 6 months, but that wasn’t enough for us. Laura’s sample nearly blew up hair drier after the first blow dry. felt horrific after 4 weeks. While Correne’s and a few other samples were just okay, we weren’t blown away. Rather than compromise, we continued to invest in thorough research and development, refining our criteria and learning with every step.

After months of testing and dedication, February 2025 marked a turning point. We found a product that truly met our expectations. Selected clients trialled the hair and provided honest feedback, which has been overwhelmingly positive.

Now, in 2026, our vision is coming to life. From curating our colour range to perfecting packaging, this year has been focused, fast paced, and incredibly rewarding. And we are only just getting started.

Our gorgeous client was one of our clients trailing our new hair last year 👏 This is now her second set with us after testing it for longevity and wearability.
