Niki’s early Sunday seaside Pilates sessions have been a massive hit.

Think fresh sea air, some cool moves, Niki’s infectious good mood and sometimes even some sunshine.

We are hoping to keep running this class, if the weather allows, through the summer.

Inspired by the sunshine walks on the prom these last few days and by lovely of ’s gorgeous photos of her yoga at Kilclief beach, I’ve decided to offer a Pilates flow class at the beach on Sunday 26th April 7-8am. We shall meet for 6.45am on the grass opposite birch cafe for an hour of Pilates magic and then if you’ve time a coffee after at Birch cafe ☕️
