We are opening a limited opportunity for an exceptional coach to join our team.

At Improve Fitness, we do not hire often.

We build a team of individuals who represent the highest standards in coaching, presence, and client experience.

The Role -

25–32 hours per week

Competitive, experience-based salary

Continued development & mentorship

A premium, design-led training environment

28 days holiday

The Individual -

Level 3 Personal Training qualified

Experienced in delivering high-level group coaching

Specialist in classes is advantageous

Confident both on the gym floor and on social media

Detail-driven, professional, and composed.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence

This is not a role for everyone.

We are selective, and we expect high standards.
