📌 A full UK driving licence is essential as travel between Trust sites is required.

📝 Main duties include:
• Managing day-to-day estates maintenance services
• Leading estates teams and specialist contractors
• Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance programmes
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety and statutory regulations
• Monitoring contractor performance and service standards
• Supporting estates-related incidents and business continuity
