9 years ago, I opened the doors of Tapas Lounge with a dream in my heart and so much fear of the unknown. Everything was new to me, and I had no idea where this journey would take me.

Today, 9 years later, I look around and realise that Tapas Lounge has become so much more than a business. It has become a place filled with memories, friendships and people I now consider family. ❤️

British, Romanian, Polish, Brazilian, Angolan, Lithuanian, Portuguese and so many other nationalities… different countries, different cultures, different languages, but here we are simply people. We laugh together, celebrate together, support each other and create memories together.

One of the things I am most proud of is creating a place where everyone is welcome. A place without barriers or racism, where respect, friendship and kindness will always come first.

At Tapas Lounge, our differences have never divided us. They have made our story even more beautiful. 🤍

I can only thank God for giving me the strength to keep going and for every person He has placed in my path. Some stayed, some moved on, but every single one has been part of this journey and helped build the story of Tapas Lounge.

Nine years later, when I look around, I no longer see only customers. I see friends. I see family. I see nine years of my life — struggles, difficult moments, happiness, memories and so much heart.

For all of this, I will always be grateful. 🙏🤍
