Tailored Tech Repairs

It has unfortunately come to my attention a scam service has been using my number to contact customers claiming to be tech repair. The way they are doing this is by using software to mask their number with my business number. This has already been reported to Action Fraud/ Police and all necessary steps are being taken to find the culprit.

No customers need to worry about contacting me unless needed as I can assure them their contact information is secure. The nature of this scam only works if a customer picks up a call from me as the scammer is simply masking his number with mine.

I want to make all customers new and old aware I will never cold call you and will not contact you unless we already have an agreement on a repair or quote.

To all customers looking at buying a new phone. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT buying the new iPhone 12. Apple has effectively killed the repair industry with this device. The reason this is an issue is as a customer if you damage your screen or many other parts inside the phone, you are tied into only Apple being able to repair this device at extortionate prices. This is an extremely anti consumer behavior and should not be tolerated. This practice also leads to a massive amount of environmental waste as there will come a time even Apple will refuse to repair the device as it will be classed as "Legacy" and unfortunately it will end up in landfill.
