You can submit a request online any time between 8am-6.30pm, through our website. Our clinical team reviews every request and responds the right way, whether that is a call, a message, or an appointment.

No 8am phone queue. No waiting on hold. Just tell us what you need.

If you are waiting for test results, the NHS App usually shows them as soon as they are available, often before we have had a chance to review and contact you.

If your results need attention, we will be in touch directly. You do not need to call us to chase results unless you have been waiting significantly longer than expected.
