One year at Starr Studio… and what a journey it’s been 🤍

When I made the decision to semi-retire, I knew I still had more to give — I’d always had a passion for aesthetics, but the opportunity had never quite aligned… until a year ago. Taking that step into NurtureDerm Aesthetics has been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made.

My journey into this industry is built on years of nursing experience. I began my career when my three boys were young, and have since worked across general surgery, gynaecology, and A&E. I later specialised as a dialysis nurse, and most recently worked as a Clinical Research Nurse Specialist, where I was involved in the initial COVID clinical studies. That experience has shaped the level of care, safety, and professionalism I bring to every client.

Building this alongside my amazing daughter-in-laws, Rachel and Alanna, has made it even more special. Watching us grow together, support each other, and create something we’re truly proud of at Starr Studio means everything to me.

I’m so grateful to every single client, friend, and family member who has supported me over the past year — your trust and encouragement have helped shape this journey more than you know.
