Proud Dad post….
This weekend my eldest daughter competed at the 2026 Swim Wales National Championships in Swansea. To even qualify and have the privilege of racing at such an event is amazing in itself but to come home with 5 PB’s, getting to the finals in two of her individual events and achieving a silver medal is just fantastic. On top of that she was selected for all three of the team relay events and came home with a gold medal from one of those.

A massive shout out to Swim Wales for running such a great event and to the officials & volunteers for all their hard work.

Also, a huge thank you to the entire coaching team at City of Cardiff Swimming Club, the swimmers, parents and wonderful volunteer’s. It’s such a great community to be a part of.

Re built a garden wall for a very nice couple in Newport this weekend.
