I haven’t posted in a while, so I thought I would share this cake that I made this weekend. I have been trying out working with modelling paste and I created this rainbow.

The second box of cupcakes is a chocolate sponge with vanilla butter icing on top. 3 cakes are Santa hats and the other 3 Christmas wreath’s topped with lots of sprinkles. 🤤

There is one box of 6 cupcakes available for collection. Please get in touch if you want them. To secure them you will need to make a £5 donation to https://mermaidsuk.org.uk/donate/ and send me a screenshot of the donation but remember it’s really important you contact me before you donate to ensure they’re still available! When donation is confirmed I will send my address and they can be collected from the Whitchurch area. Collection is done at the door following social distancing rules. Please only collect if you are symptom free.

This cake is not being sold but I thought I would share it. I’ve been wanting to experiment with making my own colours of butter icing. So I made this autumn themed cake. The inside is simple flavour wise: Victoria sponge and raspberry jam. Really happy with how it turned out. 🤩
