Summer continuing to deliver.

BMC GP Trafford

Immy Tanner followed up making her first BUCS final with a 3s 800m PB of 2.10.95mins for 2nd in the E race.

In same race, Phoebe Ryder-Benson finished 4th to knock 2s of her PB, running 2.12.62. That’s now 8s quicker than she was at the start of 2026.

Aidan Walker got his season fully underway with a 1.53.73 800m PB for 3rd in the G race.

Plymouth 10km

Relative newcomer to the group Jacob Robinson returned home for the weekend to finish 11th in the Plymouth 10km with a PB. He now returns to middle distance track races for the rest of the summer.

Loughborough International

coached athlete Emma Powell, who links in with the group for sessions, made her Welsh debut in the mile race at the Loughborough International.

More strong performances in Newport this Weekend! Shows the good winter we have had and ready for an exciting summer.
