Lots of children who were nominated in Wales who all excel in their sports, she won the main award of the evening,we are proud to say from all of us
to Alieyah James Sweetman!! A well done and a well deserved award ! We are also proud of each and everyone of you keep
the hard training and dedication going guys n gals :)ps class as normal next week see you all soon well done Alieyah!!

2026 Hi everyone we are back at classes now .New year ,new start ,we are missing a few people since Christmas ,so I just wanted to let you know that we are back, I know this time of year is a struggle for some financially ,pls just send the kids anyway we would rather see them traning than not because of money 🙂 .Anyone wanting to give it a try ,any mates and family can train for free for a while , we have been doing this for a long time . So please feel free to reach out and ask any questions , hope so see a few more familiar faces and new some faces soon:)

Hey it’s that time of year when kids go from junior to high school! Send them for a class or 2 see if they enjoy learning how to look after themselves while having some fun! 2 things all kids should know! To swim and to look after themselves! Pass onto family and friends please ,looking for some new staters in September. Free lessons to any newbies for a couple of weeks! Msg if interested thanks 🙏 Jo
