We are a mixed-gender touch rugby group open to any age. We are situated 6 miles from Cardiff & 5 miles from Pontypridd.
All go for this evening guys, new female & male players are always welcome.

Another good turnout for the new mixed touch rugby sessions. on Monday evenings. If you fancy keeping fit and throwing a rugby ball around, pop along and get involved.
We've got many guys unavailable tonight so we're going to cancel tonight's session and get ready for next Monday. Got new guys joining the Whatsapp group all the time, so pass the word 🏉
