*Creating a Calm Environment Workshop*
For many of us, our workspaces have changed hugely in recent years. Inspired by feng shui, this new workshop will give practical tips to optimise your home workspace, addressing common challenges such as space limitations, privacy, distractions and comfort.
Feng Shui is based on the ancient Chinese principle of being connected to your surroundings in a harmonious way. It aims to help create a positive and balanced environment, which in turn promotes these same states emotionally. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by clutter or mess, this is a great example of how your surroundings can influence how you feel.
With many of us working from home, our surroundings – and therefore our minds – are facing many challenges, such as space, privacy, distractions and comfort. This workshop will arm you with practical tips for addressing these issues, as well as ways to organise your environment to promote focus, creativity, productivity and success.
