Team: Operations (Hoop Social Work Division)
Salary: £25k-£27k per annum + Benefits + 3% annual increment
Working pattern: Cardiff / Hybrid (3 days office & 2 days WFH)
Hours: 37.5 per week (open to negotiate)

The Compliance Officer or Senior Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all temporary and permanent workers meet legal, regulatory, client, and company compliance requirements before commencing work and throughout their assignment or employment.

The role involves managing pre-employment screening, maintaining accurate compliance records, coordinating checks and references, supporting audits, and ensuring ongoing workforce compliance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Social Work division by ensuring candidates are compliant and ready for work, while maintaining excellent service levels to candidates, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
