Our Story
Capital Properties started as a Cardiff based letting agency in 2004, with the aim of providing the best service and accommodation to students and professionals alike. The team already had a vast wealth of experience.
This aim has not changed and our tenants will always continue to come first, in the last year we've moved out of our Cathays office to online and this is what makes us different. We are no longer a letting agency, we only let and manage our own portfolio of properties with an expert team comprised of dedicated and experienced property and maintenance managers. We work behind the scenes looking after our tenants. Advice and guidance are only a phone call or email away.
As a small team, we are able to offer a more personal service and invest more time into making our properties the best they can be, with constant revamps and upgrades happening every year. Our houses and flats have been carefully selected to ensure we cover all of Cardiff's central locations - Cathays buzzing student area, Roath's extensive amenities and close to Cardiff Uni and Cardiff Met, ensuring a short walk to campus.
