💥 Online client Matt Chiles transformation 💥
From 13/03/2022 to today
The first photo is where Matt had lost all the weight/fat he wanted and we then started to reverse diet and slowly increase calories and tweak macros as the months have gone on to ensure Matt can get to his long term goal which is to build muscle without putting on unnecessary fat.
Matt is under no illusions and knows this will take a lot of time and grafting trying to put in muscle with least fat as possible
It’s clear to see and say he’s well and truly en route to his long term goal as the muscle mass/thickness increase shows in these photos!
Forever smashing his training and nutrition, keeps in constant contact with me, asks me as many questions as possible 👌🏽💪🏽

As my training comes to a close of what was meant to be 8 weeks from September 2021 turnt into a year.
I’ve known of Gemma since 2013 and she is a very knowledgeable and yet supportive coach and personal trainer. I contacted Gemma to loose some weight as I felt de motivated and no motive to use the gym.
clothes were not fitting and I was not in a good place.
I’ve not only lost weight but now I’ve gained lean muscle mass and increasing food calories now every few weeks.
As the year of training with Gemma comes to an end it’s not the end completely as the belief installed in me to carry what I’ve learnt into the next phase of my training will be very important.
However with that in mind if I come of wheels again and struggling I know that I can call on Gemma again for her coaching and mentorship.
If any one is looking for goal specific training do not look any further then Gemma a reasonable price and supportive outlay and full of professionalism.

Common misconception when wanting to lose weight.....
‘But I don’t eat much’
...And that may be true
But WHAT are you eating?
‘Oh I’ve only had a salad, a roll, a sandwich a coffee and a snack’
But this is what it really is....
(So if your daily calories should be 1400kcals to lose weight - or also known as a caloric deficit, and you consume this, or close too, on a daily basis, you WILL put on weight as these calories are more - or also known as a caloric surplus)

Last nights food 😍
Rump steak
Oven roasted sweet potato
And a shed load of veg!
752 calories
53g protein
73g carbs
25g fats
Switched off from intermittent fasting today due to being back at training - so my calories have increased, due to increased activity levels - happy to say the last 😍🤤
Had a lovely sausage thin bagel for breakfast, yummy!!
Got some tasty protein being delivered today as well, which I’ll be making some protein mousse from - keep an eye out 😉
