Role: Live chat advisor (customer support)
Job type: Part time (16 hrs p/w)
Location: Remote working up to 4th August
Potential video interview date: Monday 1st June (Only AM slots available, 8am - 11.30am)

Working for a hospitality management company, you will be helping customers with new reservations, re-arranging meetings / events & updating information on the programme calendar.

The right candidate will be receiving and responding to a wide range of customer queries whilst will providing the highest level of customer service.

- Handling communication via multiple chats
- Logging all chat issues & provide resolutions
- You will have fast typing skills, reach weekly KPIs and have a "can do" attitude.

You must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours per week on - Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

Previous experience in a customer support role is desired, not essential.
