Photographic Sales Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our busy team. The role involves assisting and understanding customers’ needs, processing film, printing photos, printing files and taking photos suitable for passports whilst providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth running of the store.

The ideal candidate will be confident in dealing with customers, able to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of juggling multiple tasks efficiently with training. Basic Math’s and English skills are essential in handling transactions and communicating clearly.

Responsibilities include handling customer requests, processing orders, handling payments and assisting with general shop duties. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other software packages is desirable, as well as an interest in photography.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organized, approachable, can communicate well and able to stay calm under pressure.
