One is a contemporary Café & Wine Bar located in Wales Millennium Centre. It is the ideal place to relax and meet friends.
The WMC has announced that it will not be reopening until sometime in 2021. The consequence is that neither will we!
However, judging by some of the comments in recent times maybe that is a good thing.
We promise to up our game when we reopen and return with the energy and commitment with which we originally opened.
A big thank you to all our customers and we look forward to seeing you again next year.
Open at 10 as usual today, hot coffee and bacon rolls to chase away the post Christmas blues.

Great atmosphere in One though!
We’re showing the remaining World Cup games today. Come and enjoy together with the atmosphere of the food festival. Another beautiful day in the Bay!
