All just to understand which customers still have outstanding invoices.

After hearing this problem again and again, we decided to build a solution inside our Jetpack CRM Add-ons plugin.

We created an Unpaid Invoices Report that groups outstanding invoices by customer.

At a glance you can now see:

✔ Total unpaid balance per contact
✔ Every unpaid invoice tied to that customer
✔ Filters by month
✔ Filters by salesperson (another feature our add-on provides)

So instead of digging through invoices, businesses can instantly answer:

“Who owes us the most money?”

And more importantly:

“Who should we follow up with today?”

This is how our plugin evolves — not from guessing features, but from listening to the real problems our clients face every day.
