Bee pollen – is usually consumed in liquid form – it is dissolved with lukewarm, boiled water, left for a few hours and then drunk after stirring. A teaspoon of honey may be added to taste. Pollen (bee pollen) already dissolved in water is characterized by the smell of flowers and honey.
A suggested method of application is given below. The bee pollen treatment should last from 1 to 3 months and be repeated up to twice a year. A break should be taken after each completed treatment cycle. Consume once daily.
