The SOON Project

Good morning! 🌞 For day two of our takeover I thought I would discuss the garments we produce and our brands ethos.

Tapuh’s aim is to be a slow fashion brand that produces high quality, thoughtful clothing with consideration to the textile waste we produce. We currently operate on both a ready-made and made-to-order basis however hope to shift into mainly made-to-order.

We currently make sets which are comprised of our Cloud 9 top and Rebecca Trousers, we like to call this combo the ‘Sister Set’ as both items are named after myself and my sister!

Fabric to us is our no.1 priority with designing our collections, placing new textures and fabric types onto our existing silhouettes. We currently work with UK fabric suppliers who responsibly source fabrics from around the world.

We aim to be a very minimal waste brand and after making our sets we use our moderately sized fabric scraps to make our accessories, including our Pebble Knot Bag and matching masks! We are currently developing an idea to release mending kits as well which will feature our smaller scraps that we cannot use for our products.
