The DigiHub team will be at the Wilson Health Centre, 236 Prestbury Road, Cheltenham GL52 3EY again on Thursday morning. Our friendly team can help you:

✅ Register with the NHS app for yourself or a family member (please bring ID)
✅ Look up test results, appointment details or letters
✅ Order repeat prescriptions
✅ Use our online forms to request routine appointments or submit other information
✅ Feel more confident with digital technology

UPDATE: Joots Pharmacy in Waitrose has now permanently closed.
You will be able to get your prescriptions dispensed elsewhere with your NHS Number and Prescription Barcode Number (this can be found on your NHS App). Please change your nominated pharmacy on your NHS App or at the GP Surgery.

The annual GP patient survey was published this week and we're really chuffed with the results. This is a national survey carried out by Ipsos where a sample of patients from every GP practice in England answer some key questions. The full results for Berkeley Place Surgery are here

As always, there are a few things we need to reflect on and try to improve, particularly around making it easier to contact us and ensuring you see your usual or preferred GP. However overall 88% describe their experience as good or very good. This compares with 75% nationally and 80% for Gloucestershire.
