Episode 5: Creamy Pesto Prawn Tagliatelle 🍤
INGREDIENTS:
165g fresh prawns
150ml double cream
1 cup of frozen peas
250g fresh tagliatelle
2 heaped tbsp pesto
METHOD:
Get your pasta into boil and cook for 4 minutes before draining and setting aside.
Meanwhile, add your prawns to a very hot pan with a little oil and cook until they are pink on all sides.
Then add your pesto, cream and a good sprinkle of seasoning.
Finally add your pasta and peas and cook for 1 further minute to ensure the peas are heated through and everything is combined.
That’s it!
Serve!

Episode 4: smoked salmon bagel tagliatelle
INGREDIENTS:
100g of smoked salmon sliced into strips
250g of fresh tagliatelle
100g of cream cheese
A handful of chopped dill
A handful of capers/caperberries plus a little pickling juice
METHOD:
Cook the pasta for 3 minutes, reserving a little pasta water, then drain and return to the pan.
Add the saved pasta water, cream cheese, pickling juice, smoked salmon and dill and mix thoroughly.
Season to taste.
Then divide between 2 bowls and top with the capers (or omit if you don’t have them/don’t like them).
That’s it!
