In July 2026, 20 Y12 students will be embarking on a trip to Japan. This trip is part of the Turing Scheme, which is designed to give students the opportunity to develop their skills, gain international work experience and boost their employability.

⭐ Summer 2025 Exam Certificates are now available for collection from the Main School Reception⭐
Reception opening times during term time are between 08:00 and 15:30 daily Monday to Friday.
As the certificates are legal documents, all certificate holders must bring a form of ID when collecting their certificates, for example a passport or photocard driving licence.
If someone else (other the certificate holder) is collecting the certificates on their behalf, a signed note from the certificate holder, authorising the collection on their behalf, must be given to the member of staff issuing the certificates.
The person collecting the certificates will also be asked for their ID to confirm they are the designated person mentioned in the certificate holder’s note.
Certificates will not be issued without the correct ID or written permissions.
Certificate holders should note that it is their responsibility to check that they have received all of their certificates and that all the grades showing are correct. If a certificate holder has any queries regarding their certificates, they should contact the Exams Department via the school website.

Bringing Aspirations to Life in a Happy, Hardworking and Caring Community
With over 1,350 students on roll, Christleton High School is a highly successful school situated in the picturesque village of Christleton. Approximately three miles from the centre of Chester, the School serves a community of small villages and housing on the east side of the city. Academic standards at the school are very high and frequently the highest in the region, thanks to highly motivated staff, children who wish to learn and parents who support them. Our high standards are maintained by caring and creating a climate of trust and mutual support between all who work in the school, ensuring all students leave with qualifications and skills needed for a successful life. The school has undergone a number of major refurbishments in the last five years to continually improve its excellent facilities for learning. All windows have been replaced, buildings have been refaced and a complete resigning of the front of the school has been set off with a striking new copper frontage, adding to our recent iResearch Centre. We also have a large Leisure Centre, indoor swimming pool and 3G pitch, which are jointly managed and available for use by students and staff during the day. The school is a central part of the newly created multi-academy trust, Christleton Learning Trust. This is an exciting time in the development of Christleton High School as it collaborates with Queen’s Park High School and the new Christleton International Studio, both of which are located in the centre of Chester. This change has been initiated to improve the future opportunities for all of our students.
