I went to see The Psychic at Theatre Royal, York on Friday night. The sets were stunning, the acting was great and the plot kept me guessing. I loved it.

As an absolute bonus, I happened to be sat next to a magician from Hollywood! I unexpectedly made a lovely new friend. The magician is a friend of one of the writers of The Psychic. She told me that he'd mentioned that Sir Ian McKellen was going to be in the audience that night. Upon scanning the theatre we discovered he was on the row behind us, so we got to meet him!

A truly unforgettable night and an amazing experience. I left the theatre with the biggest smile and a heart full of gratitude. ❤️
