⚡️This property had what’s called “Cable Greening” . It appears and is often described as green goo or slime coming out of cables which can leak through to accessories. It’s a visual sign that the material used in cables are breaking down. This can be caused from overheating and overloading of cables.

⚡️M2 Electrical Installations have just completed a full rewire on this property in Chester where it was easily noticeable.
