My client are looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to manage their Aftersales team.
As a Service Advisor your duties will include greeting customers in a prompt and courteous manner, checking in customer vehicle arrivals, liaising with the workshop to provide customers with timely progress updates, sell and advise on additional work required, sell various retention products and provide a first class handover with full invoice explanation.
Experience of Kerridge is essential.
Previous Service Advisor experience is essential, and you must hold a full UK driving license
