My latest and only wedding cake of 2021 (silly COVID) this was tiers of chocolate, salted caramel and vanilla buttercream, located in the amazing Colshaw Hall.

It’s good to be back at wedding venues!
High stacked layers of chocolate fudge, salted caramel and vanilla, finished in the very popular “naked cake” style. Finished and berries and flowers.

Vanilla sponge with plum and cinnamon jam, strawberry buttercream, wrapped in vanilla Swiss merringue buttercream, topped with toasted mallow, fresh roses and a meringue crumb.
