We are currently experiencing technical issues at Hasland Medical centre which has meant that we are unable to accommodate any patients at this practice this morning.

Avenue House Surgery is still open as usual however and our admin team are doing their best to inform all patients due to have an appointment at Hasland Medical Centre today.

An engineer is on their way to fix the problem but we will try to keep everyone updated as to when the problem is fixed.

Keep Safe Cards are available to all adults who live in Derbyshire.

The card has space for you to write your name, the name and phone number of a family member or carer and anything else a person might need to know about you.

If you're out and about and you need help, you can take the card to a Safe Place to ask for help:

- Find you somewhere safe to wait
- Use the information on your Keep Safe Card to call your family, friends or support staff
- Call the police or an ambulance if it's an emergency
