I just want to start by saying a huge Thank You to every single one of you for your continued support. Whether you've been with me for years or have only recently found my little cabin. I truly couldn't do this without you!

As we head into 2026, there are some exciting changes and updates coming to the cabin, all with your experience in mind...

Updates opening hours - So you get the best from me. Working over 50+ hours a week isn't sustainable for me, and running off of adrenaline can only be done for so long. You'll get a better Laurie and better nails if I do this. I promise :)

A new payment system for a quicker, clearer and easier booking/checkout experience.

A possible new booking system - coming soon (I'll guide you through everything, don't worry).

New products introduced monthly. Fresh colours, nail art products every single month. The perks of owning a nail tech subscription box business. Wink, wink.

Qualified training returning for those wanting to learn or upskill.

Ongoing support for other nail techs through TCC, alongside the salon.

There's lots happening behind the scenes and I'm excited to share this next chapter with you. Thank you again for supporting my small business. I can't wait to welcome you into the cabin this year.

For weeks I haven't been able to upload any photos or videos. I apologise. I'm trying to sort this with Facebook. 🫣

I've made the difficult decision to close the cabin until next week.

I keep trying to work, but I just keep getting poorly again. I'm not giving myself a rest. Right now I'm laid in bed in horrendous pain and needing to be sick. I can't get myself out of bed. Archie is mum of the house today and our shaz is going to do what I need to do for archies birthday tomorrow. 🎂 this bug has been in our house longer than a week. It keeps giving us false hope, we feel OK for a day and then were down again. So a rest is defo needed. Being self employed brings its challenges, and my wages for this week and last week is less than half. So I will be working out of hours next week to get you all in.

I'm sorry to everyone I've let down since last week. And from now until next.
