There is a new mindfulness course starting on the 18th January 2016 in Chesterfield, Derbyshire at The Friend's Meeting Place, 27 Ashgate Road, Chesterfield, S40 4AG. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (M.B.S.R.) is a nourishing course for the general public starting on the 18th January - 14th March 2016. The course not only teaches you ways to reduce stress, but also to increase psychological well-being and improve the quality of your life.
The things that stress and challenge us may not change, but the way in which we deal with them can shift through mindfulness, so we can be truly present to what is going on in our inner and outer worlds, make wise choices for ourselves and gain fresh insight. .
