I haven’t posted here in ages but I wanted to mine your hive mind

As you know I coach some exceptional leaders. But I also coach some (and meet many in my every day life) who think they’re a bit S #*! at leading.

I’m thinking of creating some resources to help those people Be A Little Less S #*! at Leadership.

E.g Be A Little Less S #*! At Speaking, Be A Little Less S #*! At Delegating, Be A Little Less S #*! At Meetings etc.

I’d like to get some feedback from you about this idea. Nuts or absolutely brilliant?

These would be e-books and videos and workbooks for private individuals to buy so they don’t have to admit to their company that they think they’re a bit s #*! and can sort out their (perceived) inadequacies in secret.
