So I've been putting some thought into Cake Classes for this year.

I'd like to do one every few months for maximum of 5 people.

CLASS: Celebration Cake

You will learn the tricks and skills to bake, cut, fill, crumb coat and fondant ice an 8in cake, before adding the finishing touches to personalise your cake for that special event.

All cake and ingredients included

It will be a 6hr day on a Saturday/Sunday and will include all refreshments and some light snacks. You will need to bring your own lunch.

Two Prices:
£110 - use of my equipment

£160- full set of equipment to take home and use.
