​Please note that if I arrive at your property and cannot gain access (due to a missing key, locked doors, etc.), the visit will still be charged at the full rate.
​Because my schedule is booked in advance, a missed slot means a direct loss of income that I cannot recover. To avoid this, please double-check that your key is in its agreed location or that access is provided before my arrival.
