Understand what you are eating. Set a daily calorie target and track your food intake if you feel you need to. You have to know what you are consuming and whether itโs helping or hindering your goals.โฃ

Move more each day. Get your daily step count up to 10,000. Moving more helps keep you fitter and healthier.โฃ

Setting a good foundation for your health and fitness is paramount to getting results.โฃ
