📣 Bit of unexpected availability at the end of January…
I’ve had a job delayed, which means I’ve now got space to fit 1–2 jobs in before the month’s out.
Bathrooms, kitchens, floors, feature walls – if you’ve been meaning to get something sorted but kept putting it off, now’s your window.
I don’t get gaps like this often, so once they’re gone… they’re gone.

Eeny, meeny, miny, moe...two very different deals here. One is lower cashflow in the short-term, but will appreciate better over the long-term. The other is cheaper and would give a better return in the short-term, but will not appreciate as well over the years. Or...do I try and get both?! 🤔
